How AI Coworkers Can Automate Your Most Tedious Software Tasks

In case you missed it today, if you’re not great at a specific piece of software, agentic AI that has browser capabilities can give you a huge hand.

At the 18:37 mark in this Trust Insights livestream, I let Claude take the wheel in setting up a Google Analytics 4 Exploration. I gave it the prompt. It took control of the browser and started to build the dashboard for me.

Now, Claude Cowork is in research preview, only available on Pro and Max plans and currently on MacOS. But Boris Cherny and the Claude team are working furiously (mostly written by Claude Code) to bring it to Windows machines Very Soon™ and expand its capabilities.

Think about this: any piece of software you can control in a browser, you can now or very soon just hand off to Claude. I think back to my time at my old PR agency when we had to fill out insanely stupid timesheets. If I was still there, I’d 100% hand that off to Claude Cowork TODAY and make it go away.
