How consumers shop, how they decide where they're going to spend their money, where they're going to travel, what they're going to focus on is being intermediated by artificial intelligence from AI overviews and search results to travel recommendations in ChatGPT. In my keynote talk at the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta's annual conference, we're going to talk about the three things that your destination marketing organization needs to succeed in the age of AI.
