Alan Belniak and Gini Dietrich both asked how I work in the mornings. Here's a quick video walkthrough of my personal processes. As always, I'll caution you that what I do isn't what you should do. Like a BLT, everyone has their own recipe, their own way of doing things. Borrow ideas if you like, but make them your own. Just because I do something doesn't make it the "right" way or the "best" way.

You are the bomb! Thank you! I love stuff like this because you can almost always find a new hack to use. But…is there really more than one way to make a BLT?
Yes, yes there is. Do you chop the bacon or leave it whole? Whole leaves of lettuce or chopped? Salt the bread or not? Spread on the bread butter or mayo?
Yes.
You didn’t mention your preferred morning fuel (coffee) to kick off that morning activity;)
Of note: one message from that video, near the end, was the idea to stay focused by using just a few tools (and avoiding the clutter of native apps). I presume you also set a mental timer so that you don’t drift.
