Five demos, one strategic question

I paired each demo with a working interactive tool and a short point of view. All are fully static — no server, no API keys, nothing live.

1. The Migration P&L

I built an interactive model of the 37-basis-point take-rate trade-off when a growth incentive migrates assets from a high-fee product to a low-fee one.

2. Tax Alpha, Made Legible

I built a plain-English explainer of tax-loss harvesting, direct indexing, and tax-gain harvesting for parents saving for a child's education.

3. The Referral Health Index

I classified real Reddit comment data into a reason-to-refer taxonomy — measuring the leading indicator most companies never track.

4. The Claims Clearance Engine

I drafted a deterministic rulebase from real SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA Rule 2210 text that flags every claim needing compliance review — paste marketing copy and watch it work.

5. Life Stage, Not Birth Year

I used real Federal Reserve data to show a birth-year-defined audience spans a wide range of financial life stages — reslicing by life stage restores the coherence a demographic label destroys.
