Here's what this means for you. You gain a practical workflow that combines AI-powered research with the contextual awareness only your sales team and you can provide. You'll also learn these concepts: how to use AI agents to surface committee members and their pain points, why the Swiss cheese model counters AI hallucinations across multiple research tools, and how your sales team's deal experience sharpens the prompts you feed into your AI agents. Finding the single decision maker is rare now. It's usually a committee of six to ten people. Can AI agents actually map out an enterprise org chart and personalized messaging to each specific stakeholders' pain point simultaneously? No. You can't do that as a human. Why would you think AI could do that? Um, here's what you can do. Uh, if you know and you have documented somewhere in your sales processes what the buying committee in general looks like for a given company, then you can have AI identify who those people are, usually through just basic search results, right? If you know that the CFO and the CEO and the CMO or are part of the buying committee nine times out of ten for a given deal, you can then have an AI agent use a search engine like DuckDuckGo and say, identify who the CMO is for this company and provide me the link to their LinkedIn profile. Identify the you know whatever for this company, and then to adhere to the terms of service, because we don't want to advise you to do things that are unethical or illegal. Um you go and visit those profiles, download the PDFs of who those people are, and then you use AI on those profiles to say, okay, here's this person. What are their needs, pain points, goals, motivations, etc. buying behaviors, how would they likely behave on the buying committee? What can we infer from them? Especially if they are active on LinkedIn and you can take some notes as a human to judge the kind of person they might be. Because you know that as a person, right? You know who's on LinkedIn and talking honestly, you know who's opposer, right? Who's who's uh saying all kinds of uh bombastic stuff that has no basis in reality, you know that. And a machine might not. A machine might interpret their words quite literally, and you, as the expert in your space, can read between the lines and go, wow, this this dude is just totally full of it, and probably doesn't do anything other than stroll around the office with the coffee cup asking for people about their TPS reports. Because you know that, you should be able pretty easily to work around what's there, and then when you prompt AI about it, you can say, model this person's behavior. Like this dude here, Chris is the dude that just walks around the office with a cup of coffee. He's gonna be the one to torpedo the deal. He's gonna be the one who's gonna say, I don't think we've done enough due diligence here. Maybe because he's always looking for an excuse to not work, and if he can make other people jump through hoops and and produce status reports and meaningless analysis to just so that he doesn't he looks like he's doing something, you know that. You know that, and that goes into your prompts and it goes into your AI agents. So this is you do not want to have AI do this by itself. I mean, yes, you can, but it is much better if the human beings are involved because you're gonna see stuff and you're like, uh uh, this is not gonna go the way we think. Let's let's work around it. Um if you don't know this, then I would suggest using AI's deep research tools to do some of that research. Um, and if you shameless plug, if you buy the deep research skills and plugins from the Trust Insights Academy, it'll walk you through how to do those three to five reports on the Target Enterprise and reconcile them because each eight each deep research tool is gonna hallucinate in slightly different ways. And if you follow the Swiss cheese model, you can accommodate one model's hallucinations by counteracting it with another's, which you would think you wouldn't have to do in this day and age, but you do. That's $20. Go to Academy.trustinsights.ai. So I would not do that agentically. I would not do that automatically because of the foibbles that you as a human being will know. And I would also, before you do that, I would spend some time with your sales team talking with them and saying, okay, who are the problems in these buying committees? Who's the one that more often than not torpedoes the deal? Who's gonna ask for stuff just to ask for stuff? You know they know this. They know every they know every party that has ever caused them a serious amount of heartache in a deal. And so they are well qualified to help you, a marketer uh building this system know how to condition the AI agents to provide the right system instructions and work plans to say, okay, we're gonna have to really do some additional research on this kind of person because they're the ones that they always blow up the deal.
