Mmm, this sounds really good and may definitely come in handy during the holidays. I always try to make omletes, but it's hard to serve everyone at the same time that way.

Thank you for posting the recipe. I wondered what that was when you posted the picture and talk about an easy recipe to make. Might have to try it for Christmas when we have 18 of us together.
