		<description>Very interesting post, I&#039;ve come to think of success as a hybrid of the two theories you bring forth. A lot of times peoples success is a matter fortune that they may have been blessed with, but it is also about taking advantage of that opportunity and making sure that you work hard to ensure your success. If you read the book Outliers by Malcom Gladwell you will here his thoughts about success and the studies he has done about success being predetermined. Very interesting book.</description>
