People SO FREQUENTLY underestimate the importance of being very, very good to gatekeepers, usually because these powerful people are frequently disguised as powerless people (admin assists, receptionists, assistants, schedulers, etc.).  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And I love the &quot;cultivate assets early&quot; plan. Requires two assets that many lack as well: long-term thinking and profound patience.</description>
