		<description>My objection to commercial charcoal briquettes is that they&#039;re packed with petroleum-based chemicals. That doesn&#039;t burn off until they&#039;re gone. I much prefer hardwood charcoal, besides not containing fossil fuels, it can add a pleasant flavor. They also get hotter and they don&#039;t break down as fast (multiple cookings are possible).</description>
