Just when you thought the real estate market couldn’t get any more desperate:

I don’t know who to feel more sorry for - the person posting the ad or the sucker who buys a house in metro Phoenix, Arizona, where prices are falling on average about 30%. I guess it depends on whether you think US citizenship is worth $595K.

30|Nov|2007 1Wow. That is desperate.
I still haven’t sold mine, but wow I can’t imagine going to this length. BUT, if people are looking in the Boston Metro area I do have a fine little house for sale at http://www.milfordhouseforsale.com
What scares me most about this is I wonder if they’d go through with it or not. Crazy….

30|Nov|2007 3Finally, a business opportunity that combines the viral marketing potential of dating and real estate. How long till multiple listing services add “House & Spouse” to their categories? Can you imagine what a creative auctioneer could do with this? Knew we were on the right track when we registered http://www.housepersonals.com.

Re-reading the listing, I wonder if this is actually an INS sting.
