Reading over this blog, I have to wounder what would a good reason be to impose such a harsh sentence on a person, did they break a law or is it merely the opinion they have and the words they speak?

I mean what justifies exile from an entire community, who&#039;s the judge and jury and how does a conflict between individuals become an entire community&#039;s burden?
