It&#039;s always important to know when to engage and when to let things go, when to throw someone a rope, and when to let them tread water a little while longer on their own, what we can affect positively, and when we are simply adding more cooks into a crowded kitchen.  These issues aren&#039;t always crystal clear.  But keeping in mind that you always have the option not to react as well as to react can save a lot of heartache.</description>
