		<description>I talked with CB about whether tracks could work as min-camps- themes within the larger whole.  In some ways, maybe this did work that way- we need more feedback.  

One of the things I thought of is that the architecture of the space is also important- to encourage interactions and that sense of family, you need group discussion, hang out space- what I call the power of coffee and donuts- the natural way to encourage people to meet up and chat.

You can;t take this for granted, and it&#039;s worth making it a priority in where you are spending cash.</description>
