Twitter RSS doesn't hyperlink stuff, but you could use the Linkify plugin for Firefox to fix that:

Dan Johnson Jr:

The feed itself doesn't hyperlink URLs in it. For example, if you crack open the RSS:

Christopher Penn: Playing with fire on Digg again. Digg if you're bored... http://tinyurl.com/2xtaxf

Christopher Penn: Playing with fire on Digg again. Digg if you're bored... http://tinyurl.com/2xtaxf

You'll see that the TinyURL doesn't have the Anchor HREF tag - which means that if you render the feed as is on a page, it won't have a link. You have to clean that up and link it in Pipes or another way of processing text.

Chris,

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "Twitter RSS does NOT hyperlink stuff". Maybe I'm missing something, but this appears to be a hyperlink: http://twitter.com/financialaidpodcast/statuses/6700931, and when I looked at the RSS feed for your Twitter page, it looked okay to me. Please clarify. Thanks!
